Lovely Rose, hand picked by our chef.
This is a gorgeous rose from the Paul Mas Domaines. A dry and crisp rose with a real elegance. On the nose there are notes of raspberry and cranberry along with a little strawberry.
The palate is much the same, red fruits and a little mineral edge. A really composed and lovely finish which is dry and crisp with good length. I highly recommend this rose for light evening drinking or sunny afternoon sipping.
